About UsI'm Ray the Locksmith and I've worked in security in one form or another all my adult life. I'm a fully qualified locksmith and have an expert knowledge of uPVC products due to having been employed in the uPVC industry building conservatories, uPVC windows and doors. I'm proud of the reputation I have as a locksmiths and I pride myself on only doing what needs doing. Susan handles the books and answers phones for me. Sometimes she helps me out on the road. Susan is approachable and professional - all of our customers think she's great.

Our Qualifications:
Ray is qualified via the British Locksmiths Association; he has successfully completed courses in Locksmithing, Access Control, Security Surveying, and Key Cutting. He is a registered member of the Association of Accredited Locksmiths. Ray is also qualified as a phlebotomist and is qualified to NVQ level 3 Promoting Independence - a care qualification and has basic counselling qualifications too.
Susan has gained many qualifications in her long nursing career and is currently taking some specialised courses. She has an interest in business and how it works and is always looking at new ideas.
